Terms of Service
of Swiss Farm GmbH
1 General
Our terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. By sending an order to Swiss Farm GmbH, the customer agrees to this and confirms that he has read and accepted the terms and conditions. The acceptance of the order is confirmed by Swiss Farm GmbH via e-mail and is subsequently binding.
2. Prices
The prices are given in Swiss francs (CHF), including the statutory VAT.
Not included are shipping costs for standard shipping via B-Mail CHF 2.50.- and shipping via A-Mail CHF 4.00.- within Switzerland; from an order amount of CHF 89.- the shipping costs are free.
3. Minimum age
The minimum age for orders of CBD and CBD products is 18 years. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer confirms that he has reached the age of 18.
3. Delivery
Our dispatch takes place within 3 working day(s) after the order date. If we do not have an item in stock, we will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail when delivery can be expected. The goods will be delivered by post.
4. Payment
The following payment options are available in our online shop:

If the customer decides to pay in advance, he will receive the confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. The bank details of Swiss Farm GmbH will be disclosed in this e-mail. As soon as we have received the payment, the delivery will be sent immediately. It should be noted that depending on the bank, it can take between 2-4 working days for the payment to reach us.
In the case of prepayment, the payment period is 7 days. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled and the goods released for sale again.
Our additional payment options are Twint or PayPal, the instructions are in the online shop. As soon as we have received the payment, an order will be shipped immediately.

5. Return Policy
The customer can cancel a purchase within 2 weeks in text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the item without giving reasons. The deadline starts once goods are received.
PLEASE NOTE that exchanged goods must be new and undamaged.
In the case of an exchange, the postage of the second delivery will be charged. If you insist on a return, we will transfer the invoice amount minus the shipping costs to the customer.

6. Privacy
Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your private and personal sphere. The data required for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially.
7. Jurisdiction
The legal relationship between the customer and Swiss Farm GmbH is subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is 3074 Muri b. Berne, Switzerland.
